The resort will be located on the Mayan coastline, which lies south of the city of Cancun, not in the already packed Zona Hotelera. However, it is very close to the Cancun International Airport; just a mere 15 minutes drive by car from it.

The Cancun unity will have a great 100 acres of land. For comparison, it is twice the size of the Grand Central Station in New York. In addition, it will feature 150 guest rooms, suites, and many more amenities for those who love a vacation with extravagance.

The Mayan coastline offers one of the most beautiful sceneries in the world, with baby blue waters, sandy beaches, incredible food, and hot weather all year long. No wonder so many people are looking for Cancun for their vacations.

Moreover, all rooms will include plunge pools and at least 675 square feet. The space in the room is ample, and everyone has a private pool, but that’s not a reason to only enjoy the rooms because the hotel features many other niceties in the different parts of the hotel, including four different restaurants.

Among them are restaurants like Malpeque (fine dining), Chaya (international and Mexican), Ja’ o (a restaurant by the pool with specialty drinks), and Peacock Alley (the signature Waldorf Astoria bar) are some of the options guests may experience during their stay in the hotel.
