The schedule includes cookery demos and mixology sessions hosted by an impressive selection of national and international chefs and mixologists, including Ray “Dr BBQ” Lampe, Aarón Sánchez, and Ted Reader.
Also planned are social beach BBQs and after-hours parties, as well as tasting dinners which guests can enjoy for a more-than-reasonable $20 fee. Be the judge in a mixology competition, learn about all-things-wine in an informative tasting session, or sample mezcal and chocolate pairing in an expertly led tasting.
