Krystal Grand Cancun, a 5-star resort located in Cancun’s popular resort district, is launching a new all-inclusive service concept called ‘Krystal Altitude’ in November. The new initiative is part of the Santa Fe hotel group’s wider effort to constantly improve customer service and client satisfaction across its properties in Mexico.
The hospitality firm announced this week it would implement the new ‘Krystal Altitude resort concept across several of its properties in Mexico, including Cancun and Puerto Vallarta. Under the new scheme, clients staying at Krystal Grand Cancun will have access to a wider range of all-inclusive services and experiences around the clock. The resort assures clients that under the new program, their stay will be more comfortable, luxurious, and memorable.
The all-inclusive resort concept will introduce a new around-the-clock concierge service for guests, who will have all their needs and requests looked after. Krystal Grand Cancun is also working to shake up entertainment options, bringing new elements for guests to enjoy, including refined culinary offers, a brand-new mixology service, and dynamic shows.
Krystal Altitude can be summarized with three words, according to hotel executives: satisfaction, comfort, and style at every moment of guests’ stay. The resort is also launching a new app that will make it easier than ever before to stay in touch with hotel staff, improving the overall customer experience.

Guests can look forward to experiencing elevated standards of customer service starting November 1, when the hotel officially launches the new Altitude concept. Santa Fe’s ambitious effort will even see the hotel change its name from Krystal Grand Cancún to Krystal Altitude Cancún to highlight the introduction of the far-ranging program. As part of the new highly-personalized service philosophy, guests are being promised better service from the moment they check in, throughout their stay, and until check-out.
There’s a lot in store for travelers who chose to stay at the revitalized hotel. Families can look forward to a new dedicated area that includes entertainment for smaller kids as well as teenagers, but the hotel is also promising a great time for couples as well as friends, according to the CEO.
According to Francisco Medina, CEO of the Santa Fe Hotel Group, “we strive to respond to new trends in the tourism market, as well as meet travelers’ demands, who in recent years have sought out more personalized experiences. We are improving our different brands, including Krystal Grand Cancun, to provide enriched experiences.”
Krystal Grand Cancun has 375 spacious rooms for guests to enjoy, as well as several top-range amenities. The hotel offers around-the-clock dining without reservations, as well as daily entertainment. i find the storey very vague, it says about improving the customer care and enterainment will be imrpoved,but Does this mean the hotels will be refurbished rooms updated, water pressure fixed with hot water for showers, i see you do not have to book reservations for your table but customers have complained about the food quality. is there a better quality & variety of food avialable. you need to mention these points out in more detail..
