Olios Mediterranean, Haven’s signature fine-dining restaurant, has just launched their new “Chef’s Table” dining experience. You and 11 guests will sit kitchen side, directly in front of the chefs work station, where you get to experience all the magic in the making! Prepare to be amazed as you experience this VIP service. Watching the Chefs in full swing in this open, state of the art kitchen is a more intimate and exciting way to dine in style! Not only do you get to enjoy the fruits of their labor, but you also get to witness their passion and the art of the whole process.
Your glammed up chef’s table is a beautifully reclaimed wood table that has a glistening turquoise chandelier. These beautiful touches go hand in hand with their prime ocean views, ocean-inspired aesthetic and it will surely make you and your loved ones feel like you’re dining on a breathtaking Mediterranean hillside.
During your dining experience you will enjoy 3 wine pairings from top Mediterranean wine regions like Italy, Spain and Portugal. These wines have been specifically chosen to perfectly compliment each course. Your nine-course dinner will include an appetizer, six entrees, a dessert and petit fours. The menu items change every season to keep things fresh. Some sample menu items include dry-aged ribeye, farm-raised duck confit, Spanish croquettes with imported Iberico ham and of course, exciting classics with a twist!
