It’s about 40 minutes from Cancun International Airport and approximately 30 minutes from the Hotel Zone.
The resort’s location makes it ideal for those who want a more peaceful vacation, yet still want to be in close proximity to all that Cancun has to offer.
The Property
The new Excellence Coral Playa Mujeres is an all-suite resort with several different types of suites, some of which have their own private pools.
The property itself also features a total of 6 pools and 8 jacuzzis.
Additionally, there’s a state-of-the-art spa and a fitness center on the property.

Most all-inclusive resorts offer included activities and entertainment, but the Excellence Coral Playa Mujeres goes above and beyond what most have to offer.
From sunup to sundown there is always something to do at the resort.
Activities and amenities that guests can enjoy for no extra cost include kayaking, sailing, paddleboarding, snorkeling gear, water polo, aerobics, fat bikes, yoga classes, cooking lessons, beach volleyball, dance lessons, billiards, Spanish lessons, and beach soccer, just to name a few.
Additionally, other activities, like private yacht excursions, deep-sea fishing, and scuba diving are available for an extra fee.
