New Riviera Maya Property To Expand Area’s Luxury Offerings

The Riviera Maya is one of the fastest-growing resort destinations in the Mexican Caribbean. Encompassing hotspots from Playa del Carmen to Tulum, the Riviera Maya boasts endless white-sand beaches and amazing tropical views.

With occupancy rates of nearly 80% for most of the year, the region is one of the trendiest for travelers.

This week, Ritz-Carlton, a leading luxury hospitality firm, announced the building of a massive new complex in the region as the company seeks to expand its Riviera Maya portfolio.

The 90-hectare property will be built in a remote stretch of rainforest, boasting views of lush nature and the Caribbean Sea thanks to a private 450-meter beach.

According to Arca, the real estate firm responsible for the project, the Ritz-Carlton Residences Riviera Maya will offer 127 fully furnished residences up for purchase as well as a more traditional 300-room resort.

The first 30 villas are planned to be completed by 2026, with the rest of the project expected to finalize later on that year.

The project will also see the construction of a resort, although Ritz-Carlton has yet to reveal the expected completion date.

Taking inspiration from the surrounding landscape, the sophisticated hospitality undertaking is founded on harmony and environmental sustainability.

A family-friendly property, The Ritz-Carlton, Riviera Maya will offer all the bells and whistles of your average 5-star property. But Ritz-Carlton is also promising new exciting amenities, including a massive outdoor waterpark called The Lagoon

The new Ritz-Carlton property is also an ideal choice for those seeking long-term living arrangements. Buyers can select from several exciting villas, including Beachfront Estates, which offer private access to your very own stretch of white-sand beach.

Meanwhile, the four-bedroom Grand Residences come with up to 280 square metres of living space, making them ideal for larger families.
