Mexico’s Secretary of Tourism, Miguel Torruco Marqué reported that Cancun hotel occupancy was down 48.4% when compared to the same week last year. Torruco Marqués reported that from January 25 to 31, Cancun ranked the third highest occupancy in the country with 28.9%.
