Hotel Esencia
Just behind the Rosewood Mayakoba in second place is the Hotel Esencia. Located in Tulum, Hotel Esencia is the only independent hotel in Mexico to be rated as a five-star resort by the Forbes Travel Guide, and it has truly earned each of those stars.
