Once considered the “Spring Break Capital of the World,” Cancun has now evolved into a tourist hub that is welcoming to visitors of all ages. The city delivers a variety of fun-filled activities specifically designated for those traveling with their little ones.

Ventura Park
Being the only adventure park located in the Cancun hotel zone, Ventura Park attracts a lot of young visitors who can choose which one of the ‘worlds’ inside the park they can explore. The park consists of multiple different worlds, including Dolphinaris, Underworld, Grand Prix, Fun World, Aaaahventura and Wet n’ Wild. Activities in the park include, water rides, roller coasters, go karts and gaming, while food and drinks are also available.
Xcaret
This park is filled with Mexican flavour through its passion filled music, nature, colours and culture. Experience a variety of wildlife through the flamingos, manatees, spider monkeys, jaguars and other animals present on site. Sea-life can also be observed through the aquarium or activities such as swimming with the dolphins, floating down a lazy river, swimming in underground rivers, climbing and more.
Croco Cun Zoo
This interactive conservation zoo promotes breeding and protecting the crocodile species. Families are welcome to embark on a tour led by experienced, friendly guides who teach visitors about the city’s wildlife and provide activities such as feeding spider monkeys, holding a baby crocodile and roaming through an area where around 50 crocodiles are uncaged.
Interactive Aquarium
This small and intimate aquarium will only take an hour or less to fully explore. However, more optional activities are available such as swimming with dolphins, feeding sharks and petting manta rays and beautiful sea turtles. Pictures are also sold at the gift shop of your experience and the activities performed.
Captain Hook Pirate Dinner Cruise
Witness pirate hosts welcome you aboard and sail the high seas while receiving food, drinks, games and exciting pirate entertainment. The tour departs every evening at 7:00 PM and is welcome for families and friends to enjoy.
All Ritmo Water Park
Attached to All Ritmo resort, this family-friendly water park is open to the public and features water slides for each member of the family and lounge chairs and umbrellas around the edge of the park. The all-inclusive entrance free provides access to unlimited food and drinks, including alcohol.
Dolphin Discovery
Get greeted by joyfully jumping dolphins upon arrival to this exciting site. After a short orientation, visitors can meet the dolphins and swim with them. Receive hugs, kisses and lots of interaction with this loving species while riding your boogie board through the waters.
