The Grand Velas Riviera Maya is indeed a very grand resort, in size and luxury! This resort spans across an impressive 200 acres and has a stretch of beach that’s almost 500 meters. There are spaces for your whole family to gather together for things like beach games, family karaoke and of course – epic meal times! But there’s also separated sections like a really cool kids club, a teen center and even a place away from all the kiddo’s that the adults can sneak in some quiet time.

Fairmont Mayakoba Riviera Maya
This place has their accommodations set up pretty neat if you ask me – these separate little casita style suites give this resort a different feel then your typical all-inclusive resort in the Mexican Caribbean. The Fairmont Mayakoba Riviera Maya is located on a breathtaking 240-acre gated community which is surrounded by jungle. Cars are not permitted so guests can get around the resort by foot, bike or golf cart.

Azul Fives Hotel
Unlike the other Azul properties, this one is an all-suite property, so it’s perfect for large families, extended stays or family reunions. You can get a suite with a kitchenette if you want or opt for all inclusive eats. There is a supervised kids club, a large infinity pool and a Nickelodeon Experience that includes themed food and meet-and-greets with Spongebob, Dora and the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
Dreams Tulum Resort And Spa
This luxury resort is conveniently a neighbor to one of the most loved family excursion spots in the area, Xel-Ha outdoor park. After you enjoy unlimited snorkeling at Xel-Ha – you can come back to the resort for nightly family entertainment, dance lessons, cooking lessons, all you can eat everything and maybe even a little beach volleyball. The kid’s in the group can join the “explorers club” that has daily activities based around exploration, nature and science between 9:00am and 10:00pm. The new explorers club water playground has 6 waterslides and 2 massive splash buckets that dump into the pool below. Hours for this are: 10:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. and again 3:00 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. daily.
