Travelers continue to report to Travel Off Path that some night venues are open that also double as restaurants but expect that most nightclubs may be closed.

Shopping centers, malls, gyms and spas are all open but will be operating with limited occupancy.

Cancun Eases Restrictions As Spring Break Approaches

This is the first time the entire state of Quintana Roo will revert back to a yellow warning level since the busy holiday season at the end of December. The Governor did have concerns over the state continuing to flip flop between the yellow and orange warning levels saying it continues to negatively impact the economy.

“When the protocols are respected, the epidemiological light immediately indicates it,” Carlos Joaquín said, reported the Riviera Maya News.
