Whether it’s because the tour company has great tour guides, the tour includes a lot of extras, or it’s a really good price for what you get, there is something that makes the tours that sell out quickly extra special.  So we’re going to share with you a list of some of the most popular tours that are likely to sell out quickly so that you can book in advance.  

Speedboat and Snorkeling Tour in Cancun: Jungle Tour 

The Speedboat and Snorkeling Tour provides you with access to not one but two amazing activities in one inexpensive tour. The 2-hour $46 tour will take you through the mangroves of the Nichupte Lagoon on a 2-person speed boat before heading to Punta Nizuc for a snorkeling experience where freshwater and seawater meet.  There is a $25 reef preservation fee that is not included.  The meeting point is at Aquaworld, and tour times are 9:00 am, 12:00 pm, and 2:30 pm.

Tulum Ruins Cenote and Swimming with Turtles from Playa del Carmen and Cancun 

You’re getting a lot for your money with this 11-12 hour tour that will take you all the way to the beachfront Tulum ruins, where you’ll be shown around by a knowledgeable guide.  You’ll also swim in a cenote in the jungle and swim with sea turtles in Akumal bay. The $113 tour includes lunch, the Tulum Ruins admission fee, and a visit to a glass factory.  The $13 marine tax and $3 life jacket rental are the tourists’ responsibility, but pick-up from most hotels is included.  The tour leaves at 7:00 am.

Best ATV Tour, Ziplines, and Cenote Swim with Lunch and Transport Included 

This ATV tour is a full-day tour that consists of two hours of transportation and five hours of fun.  You’ll get to ride through the Mayan jungle to a cenote where you can swim and then zipline above the treetops.  The $75 tour includes bottled water, a Mayan lunch, and admission to Ruta de los Cenotes park, the ATV road, and the ziplining circuit.  Tours depart at 8:00 am and 12:00 pm.
