Though still under construction currently, the hotel is expecting to open its doors to guests by early 2024, with details subject to change as and when they need to; something worth bearing in mind if you choose to book here in advance.
Food, Drink and Nightlife
While all-inclusive resorts used to offer a cookie-cutter experience to their guests only just a few years ago, the landscape of these impressive hotel giants has changed.
AVA Cancun offers a whopping 17 different bars and restaurants, with everything from casual eating to luxury, gourmet dining; a huge draw for tourists who are looking to have their food and drink included in the price of their vacation.
Often these restaurants are specifically themed, with one of them serving an Italian menu for example, while the other offers seafood and so on.
Taking the worry out of having to leave the resort in order to find dinner every night, AVA is sure to have everything you could ever need and then some!

Talking About Kids…
Don’t worry; there is just as much fun for kids and teenagers at the AVA Cancun.
The most exciting of all is the Crystal Lagoon Water Park, which gives everyone the chance to sail, swim, and even Kayak in its waters.
There is a lounge specifically for teenagers (that’s right – no kids or adults allowed!)
Set with basketball, ping pong, bowling, gaming stations, an indoor pool and a snack bar, this area is perfect for teens to have some space and make friends, as well as escape from their embarrassing parents.
Of course, there is a dedicated Kids Club for the little ones, which has on-site staff to look after and have fun with them – everything from arts and crafts, trampolines, marine life discovery, and an indoor play area, they are certainly going to tire themselves out!

Each room in the AVA Cancun is beachfront facing, meaning that no matter where you are placed, you are guaranteed to wake up looking out onto the beautiful shoreline and horizon.
The rooms also include free high-speed wifi, 24-hour room service, smart TV, Bluetooth sound system, charging stations, double sinks, separate rain shower and WC, hairdryer and bath products, bathrobe, and slippers, coffee machine and mini bar, and even free calls to the U.S and Canada.
