El Gran Taco de Playa

Have you ever heard of tacos de guisado? Guisado basically translates to an incredibly tasty and homey stew, which is served on a classic corn tortilla – taco style! This Mexican concept brings a whole different playing field to your taco game! The stew fillings can be made with everything from pork shoulders spiked with ancho chilies and cinnamon, to simply potatoes and rajas (roasted poblano chilies) cooked in cream. Served out of charred, brick-orange cazuelas or pragmatic steam tables – don’t be surprised if these bad boys make a mess, soul food isn’t always neat and tidy.
