The renowned hotel brand AMR Collection has confirmed that it will open three new luxury hotels near Cancun by the end of the year. Adding a total of 477 rooms to the region’s inventory, the chain is the latest to announce new openings in what is already a booming hotel scene. AMR aims to distinguish itself by redefining the all-inclusive concept by offering high-quality, luxurious services and amenities.
Cozumel – Dreams Cozumel Cape Resorts & Spa
Dreams Cozumel Cape Resorts & Spa will be AMR’s first hotel launching this September. The 154-room property invites guests to immerse in the island’s tropical environment and also features the largest pool on the island. Situated on a peaceful stretch of beach on one of the Mexican Caribbean’s renowned islands, Cozumel, the hotel fuses adventure with relaxation in family-friendly comfort.
All rooms at the new Dreams Cozumel have either ocean or tropical views, and with 8 room types to choose from, there’s a little something for everyone. A great choice for families, the 947-square-foot Preferred Club Family Suite sleeps up to 6 guests. Meanwhile, the Ocean Front Junior Suites are perfect for couples. With nightly rates starting at $189 per night, Dreams Cozumel is a budget-friendly alternative compared to AMR’s other new hotels.
Some of the hotel’s top amenities include the world-class Spa by Pevonia, offering relaxing hydrotherapy treatments, as well as unlimited food & drinks from 5 different bars and restaurants. For the young ones, there’s a dedicated Kids Club, plus two pools and a variety of seaside activities.
Riviera Maya – Secrets Impression Moxché
Slated for opening on October 1 this year, the new Secrets Impression Moxché is the second of AMR’s upcoming hotels in the Mexican Caribbean. The 198-suite resort is situated in an exclusive stretch of Riviera Maya near Playa del Carmen. Thanks to the new Endless Privileges all-inclusive philosophy, the hotel chain is promising unparalleled levels of luxury for guests staying at the lavish resort.
In practice, this means that guests can enjoy top-notch, personalized service, including a dedicated butler to anticipate their every need, as well as access to an around-the-clock concierge service. The five-star resort naturally features luxurious rooms complete with high-end amenities – including fresh fruit served daily, and even an on-demand fitness service. For those seeking utmost comfort, guests staying at Secrets Impressions Moxché can opt for the exclusive, 6100 square foot beachfront villas which fit up to four people.
With rates ranging from $1000 to $7100 per night, guests will have to splurge to stay at Secrets Impression Moxché. For that price, visitors can enjoy 14 different fine dining options, not to mention the 24-hour private in-suite dining service. Isla Mujeres – Secrets Impression Isla Mujeres
Set to open this December, Secrets Impression Isla Mujeres offers a more intimate experience with its 125 suites. Isla Mujeres is a booming resort destination, with an increasing number of luxury hotels such as the Secrets Impression. Much like the rest of AMR’s Secrets-branded hotels, the property is focused on providing guests premium service, with a range of luxurious amenities and customizable options.
The hotel – just 25 minutes from mainland Cancun with AMR’s exclusive boat transfer – takes advantage of Isla Mujeres’ beautiful coastline, and its design creates the impression of a peaceful Mediterranean-like romantic retreat. Ideal for couples, Secrets Impressions Isla Mujeres is a retreat from the hustle and bustle of the Mexican Caribbean. Guests staying there have 16 room categories to choose from all featuring either tropical or ocean views.
