Karisma Hotels & Resorts is launching a brand-new luxury resort in Riviera Maya set to open early next year. The brand is one of the most prestigious hospitality firms in the Americas and operates several top-rated hotels in the Mexican Caribbean. The new hotel is named Margaritaville Island Reserve Riviera Maya, the third belonging to the Island Reserve brand.

Situated in a peaceful stretch of the Riviera Maya, the coastal-inspired hotel comes with spectacular views of the Caribbean sea with private beach access. In addition to the excellent setting, the new hotel will be the chain’s first adults-only resort in the Mexican Caribbean, aiming to attract adult travelers as well as couples. Perfect for those seeking peace of mind and total comfort, the hotel will have 355 suites divided into 13 different room categories.

In addition to the sophisticated and elegant rooms, the resort will also come with all the bells and whistles that travelers expect to find in an all-inclusive establishment. With five bars and four restaurants, travelers can choose from an impressive array of fine culinary experiences and Caribbean cocktails. Meanwhile, the hotel will come with three different pools as well as several outdoor facilities for sports and exercise.

With dozens of new hotels opening up in the next few years, it is more important than ever to stand out amongst the crowd. With that being said, the new Karisma hotel will feature the first-ever LandShark brewery in Mexico, ideal for beer-loving clients. Additionally, guests will find a world-class spa, the famed St. Somewhere Spa, where they can look forward to a relaxing experience.

The hotel chain is also looking forward to opening up the new resort and has high expectations amidst a positive outlook for international travel. “As our third property to open under the Island Reserve brand, we wanted to create a new experience for our guests which would be different from the rest, which is why Margaritaville Island Reserve Riviera Maya is our first adults-only destination”, according to Mario Mathieu, the vice president for Business Development, Design, and Construction for Karisma Hotels & Resorts.

In order to create the perfect exclusive experience, the hotel says that guests will be transported to a coastal paradise where each room features stunning Caribbean views. The all-inclusive offerings include fine dining options featuring immersive experiences, as well as personalized service to accomodate guests’ needs. For more sociable visitors, the hotel will also have dedicated meeting spaces where visitors can enjoy a true sense of community.

The property’s five restaurants will cater to a range of palates, providing guests with a diverse and comprehensive dining experience. Among the many restaurants is the JWB Steakhouse, where in addition to savoring various meat dishes, diners can learn more about different cuts. Likewise, Frank & Lola’s Italian-style menu contains some of the Mediterranean’s finest ingredients.

The hotel is offering a special discount on reservations made before August 7 for stays between February 1, 2023, and January 2, 2024. The offer includes a discount of up to 47% as well as special room rates, which start at 4,149 Mexican persons per person per night.

Featuring around 13 types of rooms, the best rooms for couples are the Kind Paradise Suites thanks to their spacious and airy interior. Meanwhile, the exclusive Beachfront Honeymoon Suites offer direct access to the beach and private terraces. For larger groups, the Coral Reefer suites fit up to eight people and come with a large private infinity pool. Meanwhile, exclusive room service ensures that all guests are taken care of during their stay.

The Mexican Caribbean is seeing several new hotels opening up later this year as international travel continues to pick up.
