A Brief History Of The Company

The idea for the first Xcaret park surfaced in the 1980s when an architect bought land in the Riviera Maya to build a house on.

Upon breaking ground, he realized that the land was much more than it appeared to be, with several underground rivers and cenotes on it.

It was then that the decision was made to use the land for a park, the Mexican company was established, and in 1990 the first Xcaret park opened.

The Concept Of The New Hotel

The idea behind this new Xcaret hotel, which is essentially an extension of Hotel Xcaret Mexico, is to design it to serve all different types of guests, young and old.

It will have separate adult-only areas, areas for teenagers, and areas for younger children.

It will be inspired by Mayan culture and blend with the surrounding natural environment.
