According to Rodrigo Motavelazco, Xcaret’s head of sales, “We are investing heavily in Xcaret Mexico. In addition to brand new entertainment concepts not found elsewhere, we are betting on creating concepts that will make our resort totally unique,” the executive said in a statement.

Sailing is one of the newest activities Xcaret is offering guests across its resorts; in addition to many outdoor experiences, Xcaret has a strong focus on authentic Mexican culture and Mayan roots.

Guests staying at the resort are granted unlimited access to all of the company’s outdoor adventure parks, which are largely based on Mayan history and culture.

Hotel Xcaret Mexico is one of the firm’s most popular resorts, as evidenced by its high occupancy rates. The expansive property houses multiple amenities and has earned high marks from guests thanks to attentive customer service and its colorful, authentic design.

The resort has consistently scored well among travelers since opening its doors in 2017. It has also racked up an impressive array of accolades, such as its 5-Diamond certification.

While the resort is one of the highest-rated family-friendly all-inclusives, Xcaret wants to expand its offerings to other segments of the travel market. Travelers can expect more services catered to adult travelers, especially couples and honeymooners.

Aside from ongoing improvements to its Playa del Carmen properties, Xcaret is planning to build up to 8 new resorts over the following years in the Mexican Caribbean to meet growing travel demand.

Xcaret To Open New Aquatic Xplor Attraction

Xcaret also announced that it would build new waterpark attractions in Xplor, the world’s most visited zip-line theme park. The company will be adding new waterslides and a state-of-the-art wave pool.

The renovation is expected to be complete by June this year – just in time for the record-breaking summer season.

Admission to the park costs $144 per adult and includes a wide range of activities as well as a buffet lunch.

Several Xcaret theme parks have seen their popularity explode over the past several months as sargassum levels increase drastically in the Mexican Caribbean.

Xcaret Park, a massive outdoor theme park in Playa del Carmen, is one of the most popular choices for families looking for an alternative to sargassum-filled Riviera Maya beaches.

The theme park is packed with natural wonders, from hidden cave pools to lush jungles. With over 50 eco-attractions to choose from, the park is one of the most versatile in the region.
