Marriott will be making its first foray into the all-inclusive hotel landscape when the popular Marriott Cancun Resort luxury hotel reopens as an all-inclusive next year.
Located in the center of the famous Cancun Hotel Zone, the Marriott Cancun Resort has been going through remodeling since March of this year.
Initially, the details of the reopening of the resort were unclear, but it has now been confirmed that the resort will continue to bear the Marriott name and that it will be an all-inclusive resort.
When Travelers Can Book This New All-Inclusive
It’ll be about a year that the resort will have been closed when it reopens as an all-inclusive.
The Marriott Cancun Resort was closed on March 13th of this year so that the company could start working on renovations.
Currently, on the resort’s website, rooms can be booked starting March 23, 2024.

What’s Included With An All-Inclusive
All-inclusive amenities vary from one resort to the next, but one thing can be said about all-inclusives in general, and that is that they are so much more than they used to be.
These days the food is amazing and typically available all hours of the day, either at onsite restaurants or through 24-hour room service, and beverages are often made with top-shelf liquors.
Additionally, many provide complimentary daily restocked mini-fridges and include numerous activities and nightly entertainment.

Changes Made To The Existing Resort
During the remodeling process, there have been several changes made to the Marriott Cancun Resort.
Although all changes have not yet been revealed, some of them have.
Some of those changes include:
- A brand new lobby.
- A new Tulum-inspired restaurant.
- New pools.
- A new water park.
- Renovated guest rooms.

One of the best things about the Marriott Cancun Resort that has not changed is the unbelievable location of the property.
It not only has miles of beautiful coastal beaches in either direction but is near all of the best Cancun attractions too.

Dining At The Marriott Cancun Resort
According to current information, there will be nine different restaurants to choose from at the resort.
One, the Sacbe Beach Shack is inspired by the nearby popular vacation destination of Tulum.
In addition to this unique concept, there will be a burger spot, a Polynesian grill, a Japanese restaurant, a pizzeria, a Mexican restaurant, and more.

Why You Should Book The Marriott Cancun Resort Now
Prior to closing the Marriott Cancun Resort it was a popular option for Cancun tourists, and some future reservations were made before closing.
Combined with the fact that travelers are always looking to experience new hotels, it’s a pretty good bet that the resort will book up quickly.
