Cancun has more hotels and all-inclusive resorts than most other vacation destinations, ranging from high-end luxury adult-only to more affordable, family-friendly options.
But the way that Cancun is growing so quickly in popularity, there is always room for more, so it comes as no surprise that visitors will have another option soon: Hotel Mousai Cancun.
In fact, travelers can already book this new luxury Cancun hotel that will be opening next year.
Hotel Mousai Cancun
Hotel Mousai Cancun is a TAFER Hotels & Resorts property that is currently in the works in the exclusive Costa Mujeres area.
It will be an adult-only, all-inclusive optional hotel located on a stunning stretch of white sand beach.
Hotel Mousai Cancun is scheduled to open in May of 2024, and guests can already visit the hotel’s website to make reservations from that month forward.
The Hotel Mousai Cancun Suites
Hotel Mousai Cancun will have a total of 88 luxurious suites, ranging in size, including both corner and multi-room suites.
They will feature welcoming, modern decor, floor-to-ceiling windows, 275 square foot terraces, each with its own jacuzzi, and unbelievable views of the Caribbean Sea.
Mood lighting and super soft signature beds top off the suite amenities to provide visitors with the perfect place to relax at the end of a long day of exploring.
In addition to luxurious contemporary-style suites, guests at the Hotel Mousai Cancun will be able to enjoy elevated amenities that will enhance their experience.
Two pools, one beachfront and one rooftop, give guests a place to relax the days away.
Access to the world-class Spa Imagine next door at Garza Blanca provides guests with the opportunity to refresh and rejuvenate.
And a rooftop bar allows guests to unwind at the end of the day.
To Choose Or Not To Choose The All-Inclusive Option
Some travelers love all-inclusives, while others prefer venturing out for dining.
Hotel Mousai Cancun gives guests the option to choose how they want to experience their stay because the all-inclusive plan, which includes unlimited dining, premium beverages, and 24-hour in-room service, is optional.
Choosing the all-inclusive will raise the overall rate, but guests don’t have to worry about paying for anything else upon arriving at the hotel.
Dining At Hotel Mousai Cancun
A number of dining options will be available for all-inclusive guests at Hotel Mousai Cancun.
The signature restaurant, NOI, is a gourmet Italian restaurant that will dazzle guests with an open-air show kitchen and delicious Italian staples like pasta, pizza, and risotto.
Guests can also enjoy gourmet bites at the hotel’s pool bar and a rooftop restaurant and bar.
Hotel Mousai Cancun’s All-Inclusive Option Extras
In addition to being able to enjoy the restaurants located at Hotel Mousai Cancun, guests who choose the all-inclusive option will have offsite options as well.
The restaurants located at both Garza Blanca Resort & Spa Cancun and Villa del Palmar, both located right next door, will also be included in that plan.
This adds another 10-plus dining options for guests staying at Hotel Mousai Cancun, including Bocados Steak House, DAO, and La Casona.

What To Expect To Pay For Accommodations At Hotel Mousai Cancun
The Hotel Mousai Cancun offers guests an elevated all-inclusive adult-only experience, and that luxury is reflected in the price.
Guests who choose the all-inclusive option can expect to pay about $2,400 for a three-night stay in a king suite for two people during the first month of opening.
While the rate may seem a bit high for some, the experience you’ll get at Hotel Mousai Cancun is sure to be priceless.
